Rebooting the system: Education 2.0

Education today has become just a formality

This is not my quote, rather it is said by the vice chancellor of a prominent university of Gujarat.

When being asked to some officials at Infosys whether they are interested in opening a center in Gujarat, they say, “Despite the number of engineering colleges, we are unable to find quality talent pool over there.”

As a student, I always hated the system for making me follow the herd of sheep, and after joining Academics, I saw the other side.
In my two years of observations I have identified that the loophole in the system is not on one particular end, but at many places.

However, things are not as bad as they seem. In my presentation, I will take you through a new world of possibilities, showing what it takes to make education in Gujarat reach the global standards while still retaining the original touch.
